The Owl and the Pixie House

The Pixie House and the Owl carved by Alice Buttress can be found in the Carr Plantation. A well used path can be accessed from many access points.  This takes you in a different direction altogether but an enjoyable extension to a longer walk.

This has undergone some work recently with a new seat and ends by popular demand from the local community. Sometimes referred to by children as ‘the bench at the end of the world’

Please be aware of the uneven terrain in woodland areas and wear appropriate footwear.

Please take care when crossing roads.

If walking dogs please ensure you pick up and deposit in the Dog poo bins
